1. Services

Every Shingle Time LLC provides residential roofing repair, maintenance, and inspection services in Central Indiana. All work is performed by or under the direct supervision of Brandon Burrow.

2. Estimates

Free estimates are provided in good faith based on visible conditions at the time of inspection. Estimates are valid for 30 days. Final pricing may change if hidden damage is discovered during repair, which will be communicated to the customer before proceeding.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A material deposit may be required for large jobs.

4. Warranty

All labor is warranted for 1 year from the date of service. Material warranties are passed through from the manufacturer. Warranty is voided by damage from severe weather events, homeowner modifications, or failure to maintain the roof.

5. Limitation of Liability

Our liability for any claim arising from services rendered is limited to the amount paid for those services. We are not liable for consequential or incidental damages.

6. Cancellation

Appointments may be rescheduled with 24-hour notice. We reserve the right to reschedule due to weather or safety concerns.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
